The session "Urdu Ka Nizam e Arooz- Zaroori Ghair Zaroori" was held on Dec 2nd, 2022, and was presided by Rauf Parekh. The keynote speakers included Aftab Muztar, Ayaz Mehmood, Tasneem Hassan and Rukhsana Saba who reflected upon the meaning and importance of "Arooz" in Urdu poetry and prose and why a properly framed poetry with rhyme, diction, metre, and other conventional devices cannot be denied of their relevance in the modern day.
